Originally built in the 1970s and 1980s, Chartridge is one of the most desired neighborhoods in Maryland. A community of 375 homes and over 1,000 people, it is located near the heart of Severna Park and close to shopping, schools, and ball fields. Our public school students attend award-winning, nationally recognized schools: Oak Hill Elementary, and Severna Park Middle and High Schools. You can now pay your assessment by electronic check or credit card using out new payment gateway. There is no extra charge for payment by electronic check. If you would like to pay by credit card, we must add a small handling fee ($9.50; the cost of processing the credit card transaction). We are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Summer Splash Kick OffChartridge Pool *Saturday May 26th, 2012* It's time for the pool again!! We will be having our Opening Day events as usual. Social Committee will provide paper goods, hamburgers and hot dogs, buns and condiments. We ask that each family attending provide a dessert or side dish for 10. Cooking will begin around 4:00pm. The pool opening will start with a parade for the children with bikes/scooters/strollers/wagons, etc... decorated for Memorial Day. Parade starts at Bottesford and Yorkshire at 11am! Raindate is Sunday, May 27th.
