Originally built in the 1970s and 1980s, Chartridge is one of the most desired neighborhoods in Maryland. A community of 375 homes and over 1,000 people, it is located near the heart of Severna Park and close to shopping, schools, and ball fields.

Our public school students attend award-winning, nationally recognized schools: Oak Hill Elementary, and Severna Park Middle and High Schools. Chartridge is one of the few neighborhoods in the region with an exclusive, "residents and their guests only" outdoor swimming pool complex.
